By accessing or using the AIOPS website at aiops.ae, our platforms (including MathAI, IdeaFlow, and future applications), or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and AIOPS ("we," "us," "our"), a brand operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

AIOPS provides the following services:

• AI Advisory & Consulting: Strategic guidance on adopting and implementing AI solutions for businesses and enterprises.
• AI-Powered Platforms: Access to internally developed tools including MathAI (AI-powered mathematics assistant), IdeaFlow (AI-driven idea management), and future AI applications.
• Custom AI Solutions: Development of custom AI agents, system integrations, and workflow automation tailored to client needs.
• Website & Digital Presence: Information about our services, case studies, and resources available through our website.

The scope, features, and availability of our services may change over time as we develop and improve our offerings.

As a user of AIOPS services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or contacting us.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not use our services for any purpose that is harmful, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of our platforms.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of our platforms and AI tools.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platforms using automated tools without prior written consent.
• Impersonate another person, entity, or AIOPS representative.
• Use AI-generated outputs to create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to our services without authorization.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, AI models, tools, and materials available through AIOPS services are owned by or licensed to AIOPS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Our IP: The AIOPS brand, website design, platform code, AI models (MathAI, IdeaFlow, etc.), and all associated materials remain the exclusive property of AIOPS.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any original content you submit to our platforms. By submitting content, you grant AIOPS a limited, non-exclusive license to process it as needed to deliver our services.
• AI Outputs: Outputs generated by our AI tools are provided for your use. However, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users given similar inputs, and AIOPS does not claim exclusive ownership of generic AI-generated content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written permission.

AIOPS provides AI-powered tools and services designed to assist users with various tasks. Please be aware of the following:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated outputs are produced by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Users should independently verify AI outputs before making decisions based on them.
• Not Professional Advice: AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs and any actions or decisions you take based on them.
• Continuous Improvement: Our AI models are continually evolving. Performance and output quality may vary over time as we update and improve our systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates:

• AIOPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
• AIOPS shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
• Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AIOPS for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services at all times.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to server outages, network issues, or force majeure events).
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance or significant service changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Your use of our services poses a security risk or may cause harm to AIOPS, other users, or third parties.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.
• Required by law, regulation, or a valid legal order.

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately. We may, at our discretion, provide you with a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data before deletion, unless prohibited by law.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@aiops.ae.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or integrations. These are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

• AIOPS is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
• Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party service before using it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
